检出限和灵敏度是评价分析方法的两个重要指标。国际纯粹与应用化学联合会(IUPAC)等对检出限和灵敏度的定义给出了明确的推荐。但是,有些教材和学术论文中检出限和灵敏度的使用仍然较为混乱。本文归纳了检出限和灵敏度的定义和计算方法,讨论了现代分析方法检出限和灵敏度的影响因素,提出了降低检出限和提高灵敏度的一些策略。
