This is a virtual scientific fiction story. It mainly tells the story of a fictional character, Professor K, who finds staphylococcus alpha hemolysin that can be used as a nanopore in coincidence. When Professor K was thinking about the method of gene sequencing, he was inspired by the dream of Staphylococcus aureus attacking red blood cells. Finally, he got the method of nanopore sequencing from the dream.
