Synthesis of 5-[β-(2-Hydroxylphenyl) propiolylamic]-5-deoxyadenosine

To develop a novel inhibitor of Mycobacterium tuberculosis,a new compound 5-[β-(2-hydroxylphenyl)propynoylamic]-5-deoxyadenosine was synthesized from the starting material of 2-iodine phenol via a series of reactions such as Sonogashira and condensation reactions.The experimental conditions were optimized.The structure of the compound was determined by ¹H NMR,¹³C NMR,IR and LC/MS.
