基于微流控芯片的外泌体分离与检测

摘要: 外泌体作为最小的细胞外囊泡,内含有脂质、蛋白质、mRNA、microRNA以及双链DNA,可被大多数细胞分泌并在体液中循环,参与细胞间的通讯。近年的研究发现,外泌体在肿瘤发生、迁移、生长、组织损伤修复、免疫抗原呈递及神经退行性疾病中发挥了极其重要的作用,可作为相关疾病诊断的生物标志物,因此,外泌体的分离和检测技术的研究至关重要。本文总结了近年来基于微流控芯片的外泌体分离和检测方法的研究进展。
