溶胶是生物医学领域常用的纳米材料,其在生物传感、生物成像、生物医药等方面有广泛的应用。在现有溶胶基本性质研究实验基础上,进一步开展溶胶的修饰和应用实验对拓展医学生的溶胶前沿知识、深化理解溶胶的医学应用具有重要意义。球核酸是溶胶修饰和应用最为成熟和典型的代表。本文结合团队关于球核酸制备的创新研究成果,面向医学检验技术专业新创球核酸的制备及应用实验。该实验系统融合金溶胶的合成、球核酸的制备(即金溶胶的DNA修饰)和DNA检测应用,实验内容前沿新颖,且设计合理、层层递进,有利于激发学生实验探究兴趣。实验结果表明,该新创实验操作简单、无需大型仪器、绿色安全、可行性和重复性好,适合本科生实验教学。本实验项目以培养科学创新素养为导向,将理论知识与实际问题相结合,且具备一定的挑战度,有助于提升学生综合运用知识分析问题、解决问题的能力。
