传统“循环伏安法测定铁氰化钾的电极反应过程”在静态条件下进行,不能有效捕捉传质过程对反应速率的影响,仅能提供热力学参数(如峰电位差,ΔEp),却无法深入分析反应动力学,限制了学生对反应机制的全面理解。本实验针对仪器分析实验中传统铁氰化钾电极反应实验的局限性,创新性地引入旋转环盘电极(RRDE)技术,构建多参数检测平台。通过盘电极扫描铁氰化钾还原主反应,同步利用环电极恒电位氧化捕获中间副产物,结合Koutecký-Levich方程定量解析传质与反应动力学的竞争机制。实验通过计算电极反应的动力学电流密度与副产物占比,使学生对铁氰化钾的电化学反应过程机制有了更深理解。此外,实验过程中通过优化电极和反应环境清洁度,使学生们测定的铁氰化钾电化学氧化还原ΔEp接近于热力学理想值。该实验设计突破了传统静态体系的局限,为电化学教学衔接前沿科研提供了创新路径。改进后的实验已成功应用于本校化学专业大三年级“仪器分析实验”教学,开设2个学期,覆盖6个教学班共176名学生。
