聚集诱导发光(AIE)材料作为荧光传感与生物成像领域的前沿体系,将其引入本科实验教学对培养化学创新人才具有重要的教学价值。本实验设计并合成了一种基于四苯基乙烯(TPE)骨架的AIE荧光探针TPE-Th-1-OH。通过密度泛函理论(DFT)计算筛选出目标分子,采用Knoevenagel缩合反应合成,并通过核磁共振氢谱与熔点测试确证结构,系统训练学生在理论计算、有机合成与结构表征方面的综合实践能力。光物理性能研究结果表明,该探针在较宽的pH范围(3.0-10.0)内具有良好的荧光稳定性(强度波动 < 10%)。将探针应用于多种基底(硬卡纸、椴木板、氧化铝陶瓷、亚克力板、盖玻片、铝箔)上的指纹显影,均展现出高分辨率与强抗背景干扰能力,有效激发学生对化学与实际应用相结合的学习兴趣。本实验将AIE前沿理论与本科实验教学深度融合,涵盖计算化学、有机合成、光谱表征与功能应用四大关键模块,构建了“理论-合成-表征-应用”一体化的综合性化学实验教学体系,有助于系统提升高年级本科生的综合分析能力与科研创新能力。
