为响应国家“101计划”对拔尖创新人才培养的要求,本文针对传统“季膦盐的合成”实验存在的溶剂毒性高、耗时长、体验感差等问题,采用水相一步法绿色合成乙基三苯基溴化膦,避免使用有毒溶剂,将反应时间缩短至2.5 h、产率提升至75%,并进一步制备了具有力致发光性能的锰配合物。教学上设计为基础实验(5.5学时)与综合实验(9.5学时)两个模块,构建了一体化的实验教学体系。本文将原有实验升级为有机-无机融合、兼具实践性与前沿性的综合实验,为打造高质量核心实验课程提供了参考。
