本实验关注蓝藻水华早期预警的生态安全问题,创新性地将共轭聚合物荧光探针对蓝藻水华中藻蓝蛋白的检测转化为12学时的本科生综合实验,包含探针合成、仪器表征、方法建立和样品检测四个模块,融合有机化学、高分子化学、分析化学、仪器分析等多学科知识。自主研发的便携式智能荧光传感平台,显著提升实验教学的便捷性和学生的参与度,促进学生实验技能、数据分析能力、创新思维和科研水平的协同发展,全面提升学生的综合实验素养。该实验具有成本低、操作简便、安全性高等特点,适合在化学及相关专业高年级本科生的“综合化学实验”中开设。该荧光探针的设计思路具有普适性,可拓展应用于不同领域的目标分析物检测;智能荧光传感平台兼具高通用性与低成本优势,适用于各类基于荧光分析的实验教学,具备良好的推广应用价值。
