为了有效提升应用化学专业学生的综合知识运用能力和综合实验完成能力,推荐并开设综合型化学实验“苯甲酸稀土配合物的制备及性能表征”。该实验涉及稀土有机配合物的制备、组成测定及发光性质研究,还包括了EDTA配合滴定分析、红外光谱、热重分析、荧光光谱等仪器的使用及分析。通过实验不仅巩固了学生的基础实验能力,还提升了学生的综合实验能力,并使学生进一步掌握稀土元素电子层结构及光谱性质。
