在“双碳”目标的引领下,针对废塑料循环经济中存在的脱氯问题,设计了具有“记忆效应”的层状脱氯吸附剂制备与性能测试研究型综合实验。具体实验过程包括:通过共沉淀法制备层状复合金属氢氧化物(LDHs),随后对LDHs进行焙烧得到复合金属氧化物(LDO),以其作为脱氯剂加入到正十二烷、NaCl、去离子水模拟的含氯环境中,多次取样测定其吸附性能,同时对吸附后的脱氯剂结构进行表征;吸附结束后,进行焙烧处理,再次测定其脱氯能力,多次重复该过程探究其稳定性。本实验是将科研成果引入教学实验的典型案例,不仅为新型可重复使用脱氯剂的研究提供新思路,而且有利于提高学生的环保意识和科学研究素养,激发他们进行科学研究的兴趣。
