氨基酸是蛋白质的重要组成单元。氨基酸的手性分子对映体往往有着类似的物理性质,但却具有完全不同的药理作用,因此,氨基酸的手性分离对于医药及生命科学有着极其重要的意义。手性气相色谱是氨基酸手性分离的重要手段。本实验使用氯甲酸乙酯(ECF)作为衍生化试剂,将氨基酸衍生化方法及手性分离引入到研究生“综合仪器分析实验”教学之中,可以让学生了解气相色谱从样品前处理、定性分析、定量检测到实验数据处理整个分析过程,在掌握基本操作的基础上进行探究,提升研究生的科研操作技能。
