推荐了一个以实际应用为导向的本科生仪器分析综合实验:以食品安全非靶向筛查为情景,制备了三聚氰胺海绵(MF)与共价有机框架(COF)复合的整体材料(MF@COF),将其应用于食品非靶向筛查的样品前处理过程。COF通过原位生长键合在廉价易得的MF表面,能有效净化食品基质并回收化学危害因子,同时避免二次污染。实验包含MF@COF材料的制备和表征、吸附植物色素基质、化学危害因子加标回收等内容,以及实验课后数据处理和模型分析。实验立足于席夫碱反应、吸附等温线、动力学等基础知识,加强学生对紫外-可见分光光度法的应用能力,又引入COFs材料的科研前沿,同时结合食品安全检测的实际应用,兼具基础性、综合性和趣味性。通过实验培养学生的创新思维和实践能力,也增强学生对分析化学的兴趣和认同感。
