Guarding the Kingdom: Skin Allies with Sunscreen for Mutual Protection

  • In recent years, as the concept of healthy living has gained popularity, there has been an increasing awareness of sun protection. However, many people still lack a clear understanding of achieving a dual benefit of skin health and overall well-being through effective sun protection. This article, from a chemical perspective, employs a narrative approach of safeguarding the body to educate readers in accessible language about the importance of sun protection. It covers reasons for sun protection, the composition of different sunscreens, principles of sun protection, and their benefits and drawbacks, aiming to guide readers towards adopting informed sun protection practices.
