A Sightseeing Tour of Folic Acid Processing Plant

By means of visiting folic acid processing plant, this article introduces the structure, metabolism and mechanism of folic acid, and the recommendations for folic acid supplementation are given. In order to help those who need to take folic acid supplements, this article also provides a deep understanding of the functions of folic acid in the body by combining scientific and entertaining ways.
