摘要: The bleaching of indigo-carmine catalyzed by laccase was monitored on-line by UV/Vis spectroscopy.The resulted data were analyzed by evolving factor analysis (EFA) and multivariate curve resolution (MCR), and the reaction mechanism was proposed.
