摘要: Two single-chain glycolipids,octadecyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(1) and 2-octa-decanamido-2-deoxy-D-glucopyranose(2) were synthesized and their dispersing properties in water were studied.Incorporation of 1 into the phospholipid liposomes could inhibit the aggregation of liposomes and improve the molecular packing in the bilayer membranes.
