PROTEIN IMMOBILIZATION ON CHEMICALLY MODIFIED CELLULOSE MEMBRANE AND AFFINITY SEPARATION OF α-INTERFERON

摘要: Microfiltration cellulose membrane was chemically modified by epoxy method.Bovine serum albumin was successfully immobilized on the membrane after amination and diazotization.Efficient separation of α-interferon was carried out on the membrane with reactive dye as affinity ligand.
