依来铬蓝黑B-镁配合物的极谱研究
摘要:
依来铬蓝黑B是一种金属指示剂[1],在pH1.95~12.20的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中产生一良好的还原波[2]。在氨性缓冲溶液中,当溶液的pH在9.5~11.3时,依来铬蓝黑B也产生一明晰波。该波高与汞柱高的平方根成正比;波高随pH的变化不大;当pH为10.9时,E1/2=-0.45V(相对汞池阳极);E1/2随pH的增加而负移,∂E1/2/∂pH=-61mV,平均极限电流与滴下时间的对数解析斜率∂lgid/∂lgt=0.17;经循环伏安法研究,只得到一还原峰,未得到相应的氧化峰;在10.0~40.0℃的温度范围内,其温度系数为1.5%/℃。

POLAROGRAPHIC STUDY ON MAGNESIUM COMPLEX WITH ERIOCHROME BLUE BLACK B
Abstract:
The polarographic behaviour of Eriochrome Biue Black B and its complex with magnesium ion was investigated. The experimental data showed that the complex of magnsium ion with the dye exists in ratio 1: 1.The apparent stability constants under different experimental conditions were calculated from the heights of polarographie waves.
