摘要: Podophyllotoxin 1 reacts with DDQ in acetic acid to give podophyllotoxone 2 at 75℃ and the naphthol 3 at 90℃, and in TFA to give the naphthalene 4. 4'-O-Benzyl-epipodophyllotoxin 5 reacts with DDQ in acetic acid at 70℃ to give the acetate 8. The structural elucidation of these products is described.
