An AM1 Study on the Mechanism of Uridine Phospborolysis

摘要: We have used quantum chemical method to study the transition states of undine phosphorolysis reaction under the neutral condition.Comparing the activation energies of different reaction modes,we conclude that uridine phosphorolysis takes place mainly according to a concerted mechanism.The computational results are consistent with some critical experimental facts.
